I loved how casual this family was. I walked in on beautiful Samantha having breakfast and people getting dressed, but it was just sort of part of the laid back attitude they took which made everything feel very relaxed and fun. Then we all took a short walk to the beach.
Photographer? What photographer? I just felt like I was hanging out.

Aside from absolutely loving Hendrick's name and having one of those "I wish I had thought of that when naming my own kid" moments, Hendrick himself was just a joy. And so was the rest of the fun, easy going Knapp family.

This baby was so tired, but managed to stay happy through the whole shoot until he fell asleep at the end. And the parents were so easy going, relaxed and joyful. We just had a lot of fun. As I'm sure they do every day with their happy little guy!
